“Rules & Reservation Agreement”

When planning your function, please make your reservations as follows:

• Contact the Pool Office 642-7547.
• Complete and sign the “Reservation Agreement”.
• Pay a $150.00 refundable “Deposit”.
• Drop off your signed agreement and check payable to WATERLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. at the Pool Office.

If the “Reservation Agreement” and “Deposit” have been received, the attendant on duty will unlock the kitchen area for you prior to your event.

“Rules & Guidelines”

• You are responsible for cleaning the facility after your party.  Trash should be bagged and taken home or placed in the outside dumpster.
• Your $150.00 “Deposit” will be returned after assuring the pool area and amenity building is left in clean condition and trash taken away.
• You are responsible for the behavior of your guests and for insuring that they abide by the Pool Rules & Regulations.
• You are responsible for insuring your guests understand they are “swimming at their own risk”.  No night swimming is allowed in accordance with the Pool Permit.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the pool furniture and pool facility.
• Parties may be scheduled only during normal pool hours  (Winter and Summer Hours vary.)
• Indicate when the party is to begin and end.
• No double-bookings are allowed.
• No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the facility or outside around the pool.
• No GRILLING or OPEN FLAME is allowed.

Note:  Parties must not exceed 25 people due to the impact on the pool capacity.  There is a 2-hour limit on all parties.  No party reservations will be accepted for Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day in fairness to all members.  No inflatable bouncers allowed.  No party reservations will be accepted for Saturdays and Sundays during the summer season (June 1st through August 23rd.)

I, ___________________________________, whose address is ______________________________, Phone Number:______________________, understand and agree that I and my guests shall adhere to the “Pool Rules” and party “Rules & Guidelines” established for Waterleaf and that failure to adhere to the “Rules & Guidelines” may result in forfeiture of my deposit.  Furthermore, I understand and agree that Waterleaf Homeowners Association, Inc. is to be Held Harmless and has no liability for any injury, accident, any & all claims, losses, costs or suits that may arise in connection with the party scheduled on Date:_______________________, Begins:_________________, Ends:______________________ Number of Guests____________________.  Furthermore, I acknowledge that I have received a copy and understand the pool rules governing our facility.
